Easy check in. The place was roomy and clean. The beds need better mattresses.

So disappointed with the customer service regarding a double booking that was done as I was suffering from medical conditions. A resort with such high standards yet very poor customer support to meet halfway or even pay difference of rooms for new reservations. I asked to speak with general manager for resort and was unfortunately denied as I got no call back. Though the booking was done through Expedia in the end this resort gave final say on whether to refund or partial refund or meet us halfway to make both parties happy. They were not at full capacity either so the excuse of our room being offered to someone else was ridiculous as the same rooms were still available. Sad they chose greed over a simple remedy so we could have spent our time and money there. I do not recommend this resort due to this type of greedy business model.
